Acupuncturist + Oriental Medicine Practitioner

We are a cutting-edge, holistic wellness clinic in Virginia Beach that integrates Eastern and Western philosophies to help clients proactively manage their health. We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Acupuncturist and Oriental Medicine Practitioner who shares our passion for wellness + proactive health and is ready to grow with us.

If you’re a positive, team-oriented practitioner looking for a part-time role (2–3 days/week) with the client base to quickly build to full-time, this is your opportunity!

🌿 Your Role:

• Provide safe, effective acupuncture treatments using sterile, single-use needles

• Evaluate patients holistically—considering posture, breathing, movement, lifestyle, and stress patterns—to create personalized care plans

• Document treatments thoroughly in our EMR system and collaborate on improving acupuncture templates

• Educate clients on lifestyle practices to support healing—breathwork, posture, movement, stress management, nutrition, and more

• Support marketing and outreach efforts to build awareness of acupuncture services within the community

• Maintain a clean, organized treatment space and uphold best practice safety and hygiene standards

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team—Physical Therapy, Postural Restoration®, Chiropractic, Massage, Fitness, and Nutrition—to provide integrative, whole-body care

🌿 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac) in Virginia
✔️ Nationally certified (NCCAOM)
✔️ Confident, collaborative, and coachable with a growth mindset
✔️ Passionate about educating clients on proactive health, posture, breathing, and holistic wellness
✔️ Tech-savvy with EMR documentation, able to adapt to electronic systems
✔️ Excited to build a thriving practice in a positive, community-focused environment
