Thrive Proactive Health is seeking a Virginia-licensed Chiropractor for a part-time role (2–3 days/week, ~10–16 hours). This position is ideal for a confident, independent clinician ready to plug into a busy integrative clinic and manage their own caseload within a supportive, cross-disciplinary environment. Opportunity to expand and grow as case load builds.

Role Responsibilities

Providing Care & Service

Perform initial and ongoing chiropractic evaluations, assessments, and movement screenings
Develop personalized treatment plans and adjust care based on patient progress and clinical findings
Deliver safe, effective chiropractic interventions and complementary therapeutic approaches
Educate patients on posture, movement, lifestyle factors, and preventative care strategies

Documentation

Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation in the EMR
Ensure documentation supports continuity of care, billing, and compliance standards

Relationships & Retention

Manage patient caseload with strong follow-up practices and relationship-building
Support patient retention through education, communication, and consistent care quality
Contribute to positive patient experience and clinical outcomes

Subject Matter Expertise & Marketing Support

Participate in niche marketing initiatives as a chiropractic subject matter expert when needed to support marketing team

What We’re Looking For

Active Virginia Chiropractic License required
Confident independent clinician comfortable managing their own caseload
Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and holistic care
